When a child is seriously ill or experiencing trauma, the gift of a handmade doll provides hope & comfort. The Giving Doll was founded by Jan Householder when a friend’s daughter was hospitalized with an inoperable brain tumor. Since then, nearly 40,000 dolls from are comforting children at locations around the globe, in the United States, Haiti, China, Kenya, Romania, and Brazil.
